Phila.-area hospitals report higher profit margins

Doctors’ crunch ails ESIC-run hospitals

Almost all states have huge vacancy of doctors at hospitals run by Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC). Kerala tops the list with 160 vacancies. Gujarat, Delhi, Maharashtra, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana and West Bengal are all suffering doctors’ crunch in ESIC facilities.

Coliseum Hospitals First in State With Heart Failure Accreditation

MACON, Georgia (41NBC/WMGT) - One of Middle Georgia's hospital systems is the first in the state to receive Heart Failure Accreditation status. Coliseum Medical Centers gained this title from The Society of Chest Pain Centers. The hospital system had to meet a wide set of criteria set by the SCPC accreditation specialists.
